Mak Tagal

Mak Tagal is a Senior Aquaculturist at IBSS Corporation with a professional profile that touches on fish rearing in the context of restoration aquaculture, production aquaculture and toxicology studies. He’s had the opportunity to work with several fish species including surf smelt that has helped researchers establish baselines in lab that can then be used to compare to in field conditions. Today he is going to talk to us about his work with surf smelt and forage fish.

Jason Hall

I am currently a Program Manager at Cramer Fish Sciences, but began my career at NOAA’s NWFSC Watershed Program where I started working in the Snohomish Estuary in 2010. I have had the pleasure of continuing to work alongside my NOAA colleagues in the Snohomish estuary through the ESRP Learning Project program. I have expanded to other deltas throughout Puget Sound and am excited about what we continue to learn through long term monitoring efforts.

Melinda Paulus

I have worked at Cramer Fish Sciences for the last four years and am currently a Senior Biological Technician. I work on all sorts of habitat types and projects across Washington State and was a member of the field crew during the pilot study for the ESRP Shoreline Armoring study Phase 1.
