2025 Dinner Flower ~ Amber Allen
We are delighted to invite you to purchase tickets for our 2026 Keeping It Living Dinner at 40 KNOTS Winery on September 12. Join us for an unforgettable evening of exceptional local food, wine, music, and inspiring stories as we celebrate ecological restoration, research, and environmental education across the Comox Valley.
This year’s dinner marks an exciting new chapter. Together, we’ll celebrate the incredible progress made over the past year, share updates on the completed Kus-kus-sum restoration project and its early ecological impacts, and highlight the many restoration, research, and community stewardship initiatives your support continues to make possible. Guests will also hear about what’s next for Project Watershed and how we can continue working together to protect and restore the habitats that sustain our region.
We extend our sincere thanks to Brenda and Layne Craig, owners of 40 Knots Winery, for once again hosting the Keeping It Living Dinner and for their ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship. We are also grateful to our event sponsors, whose generosity makes this special evening possible.
Thank you to Odlum Brown and Rob Wolfe, Portfolio Manager and Investment Advisor, for being our Gold Dinner Sponsor and Northwest Hydraulic Consultants for being our Bronze Dinner Sponsor. We would also like to thanks the many individuals whose volunteer support help make this event a success. Their generosity ensures that more of every dollar raised goes directly toward restoration, research, and environmental education
Your support doesn’t stop with your ticket. Throughout the evening, you’ll have additional opportunities to make a difference by participating in our Restoration Celebration Raffle and 50/50 draw. With an exciting collection of prizes donated by local businesses and individuals, every raffle ticket purchased helps restore local habitats, advance scientific research, and connect people with the natural world.
Dinner tickets are $120 per person until August 31, and $140 per person beginning September 1. A charitable tax receipt will be issued for 50% of the ticket price. Each ticket includes a four-course dinner featuring locally sourced ingredients, thoughtfully paired with wines from 40 Knots Winery. Vegan and non-alcoholic options are available.
Guests will be seated at tables of 6 or 8 for a shared dining experience. If you would like to sit with friends or family, please include the names of the other guests in your party when purchasing your tickets, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Caterers

Lush Valley Catering
Social Enterprise of Lush Valley Food Action Society
The catering arm of Lush Valley is a collaboration between local farmers and chef James McKerricher to bring creative and vibrant food to events. We use local produce to create menus that are fun, approachable, delicious, and distinctly of the Comox Valley.
Our mission is to rethink the role of the restaurant in promoting local food security. To accomplish that goal we’ve created a nimble and responsive kitchen that is designed to work with the variations and fluctuations of a small-scale local food system. We strive to transform the bounty of the Comox Valley into menus that tell a story about our community—the crops that grow here and the folks that grow them. Our hope is that local farmers will see their efforts and motivations reflected in the menu and sourcing policies.
