Guests will also hear about what’s next for Project Watershed and how we can continue working together to protect and restore the habitats that sustain our region.

Our mission is to rethink the role of the restaurant in promoting local food security. To accomplish that goal we’ve created a nimble and responsive kitchen that is designed to work with the variations and fluctuations of a small-scale local food system. We strive to transform the bounty of the Comox Valley into menus that tell a story about our community—the crops that grow here and the folks that grow them. Our hope is that local farmers will see their efforts and motivations reflected in the menu and sourcing policies.
