Description: 

We are celebrating ecological restoration and watershed research in the Comox Valley with our annual Keeping It Living fundraising dinner event. This is a popular event that is already sold out. For more information about the event visit Keeping it Living Dinner 2022 – Project Watershed.

We need volunteers to help set up, greet people, serve food and tear down. This event is fun and fast paced. Those who will be serving and tearing down will be given dinner. Please note: We have already filled all the greeter positions, please sign up to either help set up or serve and tear down.

Set up includes but may not be limited to: putting on table cloths, arranging table settings and flowers, setting up the welcome area and banners

Serving and tearing down includes but may not be limited to: serving 18 tables a four course meal, packing away dishes/cutlery, putting away napkins/tablecloths, packing away the welcome area and banners
