March 30

We have received many new volunteers over the past few months and have a great rooster of existing volunteers. To empower and entice everyone to get involved in our upcoming volunteer activities we have created two volunteer symposiums this March.

At each symposium we will share information, answer questions, perform hands on demonstrations, and provide signup forms for future activities. We have many volunteer opportunities coming up in April/May and need all the help we can get to make these events a success!

Demonstrations:

  • Salt Water Wedge
  • Water Quality Monitoring
  • Salmon v Seals Game
  • Information Booths
  • Newton the Newt

We are also going to take this opportunity to celebrate some special volunteers and give stuff away. Light snacks, water and tea will be available during the symposium.
