buckyJohn David ‘Bucky’ Buchanan

January 21, 1938 – June 24, 2015
Bucky was a regular volunteer whenever we held events on the estuary, especially the 2012 Flotilla of kayaks, canoes and outriggers. Bucky was leading the way. He was also an extremely valued Elder College leader and many people knew Bucky because of his Scenic Walks, one of the most popular courses year after year.
