Over the past two years Project Watershed has been donated over $16,000 community way dollars from the businesses listed here. We are thankful to those business for supporting our cause and helping to restore and protect the unique and diverse habitats of the Comox Valley. We use community way dollars in our everyday operations and of the $16,000 that was donated have exchanged or spent aproximately $14,000. To find out more about community way visit the website www.comminutyway.ca.
As an individual you can purchase community way dollars from Project Watershed and spend them at community way businesses. It would be even more helpful if you could pledge to buy a certain amount of cw$ from Project Watershed every month helping us to sustain our everyday expenses. To help you help us we have created a list of businesses that can be sorted by location and service type and a map (scroll down) – making it easier for you to find places to spend the dollars you purchase at Project Watershed.

Twenty dollars/month = a cup of coffee at the Broken Spoke each week AND if 100 people pledged to do this/month it would keep the Conservation Centre (our offices and resource centre) running and open to the public!

*As a business you can sign up for community way and donate to Project Watershed – find out more.
