Restoration and Monitoring Manager

Jeff Skinner is a biology technologist and commercial SCUBA diver who has spent his life living and working within the unceded traditional territory of the Coast Salish peoples. His background is in nearshore marine restoration and urban nature sanctuary management. He brings over 10 years of experience working as a survey diver, biologist, and environmental technician on research and restoration projects across the BC coast. One of his particular areas of focus has been eelgrass habitat restoration, having worked on dozens of eelgrass transplants and conservation projects within the Salish Sea.

Jeff began working with Project Watershed in February 2024 and is excited to apply his passion for the environment to his work.
